The Zeiss Axioplan upright fluorescence microscope is used to image fluorescently labelled slides. It is equipped with LED fluorescence light sources and four fluorescence filters (DAPI, FITC, Cy3 and Cy5), and a camera. It has 10x, 40x and 100x objective lenses.

Users must be trained before using this microscope. Please contact the Microscopy Core Facility Manager (Makoto Kamei; makoto.kamei@sahmri.com) to arrange for your training.
