Dr Enola Kay has been a Behavioural Scientist within the SAHMRI Health Policy Centre since 2022 and prior to that was a Casual Academic at Flinders University, teaching in Psychology and Health Science. Dr Kay has qualifications in psychology, specialising in behaviour change strategies, experimental design, advanced statistical analysis, rapid evidence and literature reviews, and meta-analyses. Dr Kay’s primary role within HPC is focused on the Centre’s grant-funded and commissioned research (funded by local and interstate state government) in food policy, specifically on obesity prevention and overconsumption of ultra-processed foods and beverages. Dr Kay provides supervision and expertise in statistical analysis, systematic reviews and meta-analyses, and experimental research design to students and researchers in HPC across all areas of preventive health.
