Dr Lauren Wearne is a postdoctoral research fellow in eqidemiology within the Registry of Senior Australians (ROSA). Lauren has a background within biomedical enginnering, specialising in joint replacements.
Lauren completed her PhD at the Medical Device Research Institute (MDRI), Flinders University, which looked to quantify the mechanical environment that surrounds a knee replacement immediately after surgery. Following on, she undertook a postdoctoral research position at Lund University, Sweden.
