VICTORY

VICTORY is a multicentre, international clinical trial assessing the effectiveness of a novel combination therapy in relapsed/refractory paediatric low-grade glioma (pLGG) patients.

pLGG are rare cancers developing in children and frequently cause chronically debilitating health conditions such as visual and neurological impairment, neuro-endocrine disturbance and seizures. There is an unmet need to improve treatment options for these children to avoid the highly detrimental effects of their disease or the cumulative toxicities from several lines of chemotherapy.
