Cell Sorter: BD FACSAria™Fusion - AHMS
The BD FACSAria™ Fusion flow cytometer delivers exceptional multicolor performance and ease-of-use. The BD FACSAria™ Fusion has a fully integrated biosafety cabinet (BSC) that meets emerging operator and sample protection requirements as well as global standards for bioprotection.
The BD FACSAria™ Fusion is a 5 laser (Red 640nm, Yellow-green 561nm, Blue 488nm, Violet 405nm and UV 355) cell sorter and analyser able to detect 18 fluorescence parameters and 2 scatter parameters (FSC and SSC).
The BD FACSAria™ Fusion is a high speed cell sorter can sort at up to 30,000 events/sec and analyse up to 70,000 events/sec.
The BD FACSAria™ Fusion has the standard 70, 85 and 100-μm nozzles, and adjustable sheath pressure which can be adjusted to between 5 to 75 psi.
The sample temperature control makes it possible for the operator to set the sample temperature to 4°C, 20°C, 37°C or 42°C. Likewise our BDFACSAria™ Fusion has the refrigerator/heater option that provides cooling or heating of the collection tubes, multiwell plates or slides.
Sorted samples can be collected into two 15 ml tubes or up to four 1.5 microtubes or 5 ml tubes. The Automatic Cell Deposition Unit option allows you alternatively sort into 6, 24, 48, 96, and 384-well plates or onto glass slides.
