Dr Thomas Pulliam has joined Lisa Butler’s lab as a postdoctoral researcher. He earned his PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Houston in 2021. Most recently, he was a postdoctoral fellow in Daniel Frigo’s lab at MD Anderson Cancer Center, where he investigated the impact of metabolic syndrome on prostate cancer progression. In the Butler lab, Thomas is focused on leveraging spatial lipidomics to predict prostate cancer treatment responses and develop novel therapies. He is also interested in evaluating the efficacy of emerging treatments using patient-derived explants.
