    Natalie holds the position of Podiatrist for the Walk Strong, Walk Tall - SA Aboriginal diabetes-related foot disease program.

    Natalie completed her Podiatry qualifications at the University of South Australia in 1992, and has worked continuously for over 30 years as Podiatrist, working in regional and metropolitan settings in tertiary hospitals, primary and community health care, and in private practice. Natalie has a built a strong connection within the Aboriginal Health network, since working to establish the Podiatry service at Muna Paiendi Community Health Centre in 1999. Continuing through to project Podiatrist within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network in 2021.

    As well as clinical Podiatry, Natalie has been involved as a clinical tutor within the Podiatry school at University of South Australia, for most of her career, and has recently completed her Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment to formally combine her teaching and training skills to offer other Health Professionals learning opportunities to upskill in foot health assessment and care.

    Natalie is passionate about sharing her knowledge with others outside of Podiatry to improve foot health for community members experiencing Diabetes.
