Katrina Douglas is the Business & Research Operations Manager in the Health Policy Centre, undertaking administrative, management, and research activities for the Centre for over a decade. With over 30 years of experience, Katrina has a broad business acumen and extensive background across diverse sectors, including financial, corporate, not-for-profit organisations, and more recently in the health and research sector, where she has worked for the past 18 years.

Her previous role as Executive Officer for the Human Research Ethics Committee at Cancer Council SA placed her at the forefront of ethical research practices, ensuring adherence to NHMRC guidelines. In her current role, Katrina manages business operations and research administration, supporting the Centre with financial and HR activities, scheduling and operational tasks, project and budget management, client and stakeholder liaison, document and report preparation, and maintaining research undertakings and databases.
