ASPIRE Steering Committee

ASPIRE Steering Committee

The ASPIRE Steering Committee was formed in December 2022 with representatives from a wide range of disciplines and national jurisdictions, a consumer advocate representative, a member from the Hospital Research Foundation Group and a TROG Cancer Research nominee.

This approach ensures diversity within the committee from a range of different disciplines, organisations and representation from each site participating in registry.

ASPIRE Steering Committee

The role of the committee is to:

  • Ensure the registry is aligned with the organisational and national strategy
  • Review and improve clinically relevant datasets captured in the registry as required
  • Assist with resolving registry strategic level issues and risks
  • Assess registry progress and report on registry outcomes to relevant key stakeholders and management within the ABCPTR, TROG Cancer Research, Local Health Networks and the Department of Health
  • Review and approve requests for data (RFD) research projects submitted through ASPIRE and the TROG secondary data analysis pathway

We thank all of our ASPIRE committee members for their support, dedication and hard work!
