About the role
We are seeking an Accounts Payable & Receivable Officer to support accurate and efficient financial operations. Reporting to the Accounts Payable and Receivable Team Leader, you will manage invoicing, payments and debtor processing using Oracle ERP.
Key responsibilities include:
Accounts Receivable
- Prepare accurate and timely customer invoices and process payments
- Import data from subsidiary systems into Oracle
- Manage recurring invoices, donations, and credit applications
- Maintain debtor records and follow up outstanding payments
Accounts Payable
- Process fortnightly payment runs and match purchase orders to invoices
- Ensure invoices are approved, coded, and authorised
- Prepare payment batches and bank transfers
- Manage corporate credit cards and expense claims
- Maintain accuracy when processing high volumes of data
About You
- A Certificate in Business or similar qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Experience in accounts payable/receivable in a medium to large organisation
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
- Knowledge of Oracle or SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative, customer-focused approach

- Some out of hours’ work may be required.
